“Pilates helps you find the strength, stability, confidence, control, and mobility to live life to the fullest.”
— Megan White, FOUNDER
Classical Pilates is a method of movement that trains the body and mind to build lean and toned muscles while promoting realignment, strength, agility, flexibility and mind to body connections. Pilates was designed by Joseph Pilates, a health enthusiast and educator in the art of movement.
Restoration Movement Sessions incorporate a mix of different somatic practices that help create an awareness through movement to restore balance to the body creating better function.
Restorative Yoga uses supported Yoga asana to help the body find a state of relaxation and true rest. Sessions are quiet and meditative. Press pause on your busy life and learn to create an appreciation for life, body and breath in this restorative practice.
