  • Unlimited Monthly Membership (Excluding reformer classes) $175

  • Located: 97 N James Campbell, Columbia TN

  • Classes with 1 or less will be cancelled 12 hours before class. Always check the schedule to see if class is in session. Walk ins welcome, but unless you sign up online there is no guarantee the class will be in session.

  • Cancellation Policy: We have 24 hour cancellation window. There are no refunds for late cancellations. unlimited members will be charged a $10 late cancellation/no show fee; class pack members will forfeit their class credit.

Group Class Descriptions

Our Pilates classes are level I,II, III


Level I-
 These classes are for beginners to seasoned Pilates’ students. You can always receive a good work out at every level.


Level II- These are intermediate level classes. We recommend taking at least 1 beginner level mat & equipment class before attending level II.


Level III- These are advanced level classes. Please receive permission before attending.

Pilates

PIlates Mat-
(I) 30 min  class that takes students through the Basic 10 exercises utilizing Pilates’ props and bonus stretching. (In Person & Virtual)
(II) 50 min class that follows the intermediate Pilates’ mat classical order created by Joe Pilates.
(III) 50 min class that follows the advanced / complete Pilates’ mat classical order created by Joe Pilates. Class is advanced and requires permission.

Pilates Equipment-
(I-III) 50 min class utilizes the Pilates’ optional equipment created by Joe Pilates (Tower, Chair, and more). Level III required permission.

Chair Class-
(III) 30 min class utilizes the Pilates’ chair created by Joe Pilates. This class requires experience and permission to attend. New to chair? Try our “Equipment I” class.

Tower Class-
(II) 50 min class utilizes the Pilates’ tower created by Joe Pilates. This class is an intermediate level and is recommended to have taken at least 1 “Equipment 1” class prior.

Reformer Class-
(I-III) 50 min class takes students through the Classical reformer order created by Joseph Pilates. Beginners please attend level I. Level III requires permission.


Other Classes

Roll & Reset

Roll & Reset (50 min) Incorporates gentle Yoga and somatic practices, as well as, includes self myo fascial release practice Roll Model®Method, Using the Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls. This class is the perfect pairing to Pilates training.

Roll Model® Method - takes clients through a different Roll Model® Method rolling sequence each week to encourage clients to become a student of their own body and use the therapy balls more frequently through out their week on their own.

Restorative Yoga uses fully supported poses to help the body find deep relaxation, ultimately allowing the nervous system to calm down and the body to heal. Open to all levels. All instructors are trained in the Relax and Renew® curriculum by Judith Hanson Lasaster.
