  • Classes with no sign ups may be cancelled 60 minutes before class. Always check the schedule to see if class is in session. Walk ins welcome, but unless you sign up online there is no guarantee the class will be in session.

Pilates

Pilates Reformer

‘Pilates Reformer’ (50) In this class, you will move through Levels 1-3 of the classical reformer work. This class is great for connecting transitional movements throughout the exercises and bridging the gap between beginning and intermediate levels. Get your whole body moving and breathing in this class!. Taught by advanced Pilates graduate, Megan Ciccoline White.

THIS CLASS IS NOT INCLDUED IN THE UNLIMITED MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP.

Pilates Mat

'Pilates Mat- Intro Level & 1' (50 min) Introduces students to Pilates Basic 5 and Basic 10 sequence and gradually all the level 1 exercises. Class may use props.

'Pilates 2/3’ (50 min) follows the classical order of Pilates level 2, introducing some level 3 exercises on the mat.

‘Pilates 4/5’ (50 min) follows the classical order of Pilates level 3 and introduces level 4/5 to students. Previous experience required.

‘Reformer on the Mat’ (50 min) Is inspired by the classical order of pilates Reformer. Class uses hand weights and the large physio ball.

Pilates Equipment

Pilates Tower(50 min) is a small equipment session that uses the Spring Board to help Facilitate a deeper understanding of the Pilates work with the resistance of springs. Limited to 5 students.

pilates Chair (45 min) is a Small equipment sesion that uses Pilates Low Chair. this is a full body exercise using springs as resistance. Class is mostlt sitting up and may make it more advanced and higher cardio than Spring Board. Limited to 5 Students.

Pilates Tower & Chair (50 min) is a small equipment session that uses the Spring Board and Pilates Chair to help Facilitate a deeper understanding of the Pilates work with the resistance of springs. Limited to 5 students. ( All levels welcome)


Other Classes

Roll & Reset

Roll & Reset (50 min) Incorporates gentle Yoga and somatic practices, as well as, includes self myo fascial release practice Roll Model®Method, Using the Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls. This class is the perfect pairing to Pilates training.

Roll Model® Method - takes clients through a different Roll Model® Method rolling sequence each week to encourage clients to become a student of their own body and use the therapy balls more frequently through out their week on their own.

Restorative Yoga uses fully supported poses to help the body find deep relaxation, ultimately allowing the nervous system to calm down and the body to heal. Open to all levels. All instructors are trained in the Relax and Renew® curriculum by Judith Hanson Lasaster.
